Hi there, I used to be in the army and wondering if I qualify for a grant to pay for cdl school?
thanks
Sam
Hi Sam, thanks for your question. Yes, you may be able to qualify for the VA education and training benefits offered by the government. Most trucking schools also recognize this grant. If you already know what trucking school you like, pay them a visit and confirm if they accept the VA grant. Also, it's worth visiting your local Job Centre and they can let you know what you qualify for.
Good luck!
